Grief Support
A Different Kind of Support
Grief changes everything.
Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you thought you would have, grief can feel isolating, disorienting, and overwhelming.
This is not about fixing you or rushing your healing.
As a Certified Grief Educator trained under David Kessler, I offer a space where your grief is honored, not minimized or rushed.
My work is shaped not only by my training, but by my own lived experience of loss and the identity shifts that follow. I understand how grief can live alongside life, how it can change you, and how it asks to be witnessed rather than solved.
Together, we create room for whatever is present, the sadness, the anger, the confusion, the love, the longing.
What is a Certified Grief Educator?
“A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Certified Grief Educators completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler. They bring his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief.”
Ways to Work Together
1:1 Grief Support
A private, personalized space to process your grief at your own pace. These sessions are grounded in presence, gentle guidance, and meaningful conversation.
Group Support
There is powerful healing in being with others who understand. Group spaces offer connection, shared experience, and the reminder that you are not alone in what you're carrying.
Corporate Grief Literacy & Education
I partner with organizations to help teams become more grief literate, offering education, tools, and supportive frameworks to better understand and navigate grief in the workplace. These sessions create more compassionate, human-centered environments where employees feel supported through loss and life transitions.
What We May Explore
Each experience is unique, but may include:
- Processing the emotional weight of loss
- Navigating identity shifts and life transitions
- Creating space for both grief and growth to coexist
- Staying connected to your loved one while continuing forward
- Learning to live alongside grief, rather than trying to move past it
My Approach
My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep respect for your experience.
I may gently incorporate guided reflection, meditation, or grounding practices, but the foundation of this work is simple.
